Really great news on weigh-in as lost almost 5# this week. The Starfish was 10th out of 12 teams this first week in miles which is tracking exercise minutes, cups of water and not planned snacks. This week same except instead of water it is tracking of food/water. Going to try and up exercise a little so instead of 20-30 it will be 30-40 minutes a day which I do in two sessions.
