Glad to be back to Spark People after a long time away. Just finished my first week back on the Couch to 5k running program yesterday after signing up with a membership at my local YMCA. Really enjoying the cardio room and access to treadmills and other equipment. And really you can't beat the price for a family membership as well so my kids are starting to get more active as well. Looking forward to making a lot of progress this year!
I haven't been consistent yet with my eating, though I tend to lean more of an Atkins/ Keto/ Low-Carb direction when I'm on the weight loss path. I wonder how well those ketone breathalyzer things work, has anyone tried them over the test strips? Trying to decide if one would be worth the $35 or so. lol Let me know! I hope everyone is doing great and that everyone didn't take me off their follow list in my absence... I revived my Couch to 5k and Healthy living Spark Team as well. Maybe a couple people will want to virtually train with me even though it's winter time!

The Atkins combined with the South Beach diet works quite well. However if your diet is restricted, that is why your having such a hard time of sticking to any one diet for long.
