Day 5 of my isolation! Same old same old. Worked for 5 hours this morning as there is not much else to do. Another dreary cloudy cold day here. For excitement, I took the trash to the curb. Encountered no one, and wore a mask. I needed some fresh air. working on dinner. Making pot roast with potatoes and carrots. crescent rolls. Not much going on. Will facetime with Brad and family tonight. He cracked me up so much Friday night as he had his first loosey tooth! Had to facetime us to show us. Also wanted to know what someone with Covid looked like. I disappointed him by looking normal. Still no symptoms. We are having a quiet day. Marg did some laundry, changed the bedding, and did some house cleaning. Now watching some television waiting for dinner to get done. The highlight of my day! Trying to remain positive. I have to say that I am surprised but my doctor has call daily to check on my and make sure that I am still symptom free. Rather uncommon. Got me a smoothie maker and going to try starting to drink a fruit smoothie and see how I do with them.

    So many friends and acquaintances of mine have been symptom free but tested positive. Had to have test for work. I have taken no test and will not. No vaccine either.

    I am glad that you are symptom free. This is such an odd illness. My husband, 90 year old dad and I all had it at the same time and felt very sick. However, we were grateful to come out of it. My sister-in-law lost an aunt and an uncle to the illness. The hard part for you seems to be quarantined. I am relieved to hear that.

    Glad to read that you are still symptom free. Also very interested in how the smoothie thing goes. Did you get a very high speed blender? I'd like to start making them too. I'd rather have fresh fruit and fresh veggies instead of making the same ole stuff that I do.

    My sister in law, they definitely do smoothies everyday, as that is their breakfast. She does fresh veggies and kale, spinach with mango and pineapple. She puts in other things but she assures me that they are very good. I just might take her up on her suggestion. They also only do "organic" fruits and veggies. She's really into nutrition.

    Glad you are system free, you really don't want a fully blown case. You are so lucky. I had it and I had what most call a mild case, and for that I am thankful. You will forever remember Emerson's first loose tooth, and so will he.
