Imagine you are living in a weightless world. Scales have not been invented. What clues do you use to know that you are getting healthier.

Ooh this is a good one. The scale is my reporter. Hmmm. Well I actually feel guilty until I've done my 5 minutes on the treadmill and not in the I have to do it because I was told to or because I promised way. It's because I know I will feel better about 1/2 an hour later. I do not feel better immediately after, nope I feel rotten. emoticon I feel more positive and interested in the day. I even notice if it's sunny or cloudy out. I think about what to wear before I get dressed and even have thrown out some that looked like old rags and should have been in the garbage long ago. I look at my hair and realize I need a hair cut and a dye. Last one was in November. I have been laughing out loud when reading some of my books. So basically my outlook is better.
