A - Analyze you past years eating habits. Once again adjust your goals if needed to include your favorite foods. Try not to eliminate your favorite foods, but to adjust your consumption of them. Make changes to your goals if needed.
I'm so tempted to say "I'm doing just fine, thanks!" Basically, I'm not unhappy with my eating habits, even though I only lost exactly one pound in 2020. At 77, I have no desire to be rail-thin, and there are some things that have improved since I started Spark People... but even more things that need to change.
I consistently miss the potassium goal, and since that is related to high blood pressure, that's an area I'd like to improve, without taking potassium tablets.
I also still eat too many desserts... or rather too big a portions
I never drink enough water
I never get enough sleep.
Here's the rub.... I've been "working on" those problems for several years. Am I going to actually improve them? To be continued.... I'm too prone to set goals and then do little to achieve them. I have to let this thought percolate a little......
