I did so well on calories today until I couldn't resist some Ben and Jerry's on sale! Ah well, I kept it to a reasonable portion size and am still within my suggested calorie range.
I did a longer walk than normal because I had to stop by the store to get a last minute dinner ingredient. And also ice cream, apparently...
Today's non-scale victory is that I'm noticing I'm getting better at strength training! I can do multiple bird-dogs (as opposed to none) and I'm getting more stamina for stuff like jumping jacks too!
