Soda Journey

I started Monday to slow down/stop drinking soda. Dr Pepper is my soda of choice. Monday & Tuesday I had 12oz each day and I had 1/2 & 1/2 sweet/unsweet tea Tuesday night. Wednesday I did not have any. Thursday I had a 16.9oz coke, and I have to say it wasn't very appealing to me. I'm trying to go without today. I have had up and down headaches since Monday, but they will get better.

    Hang in there!! Don’t stop starting the quitting! To stop drinking soda is just as intense as stopping and quitting smoking. You can do this and you’ll be healthier for it. Once you stop drinking soda your taste buds will change and it doesn’t taste
