I started Monday to slow down/stop drinking soda. Dr Pepper is my soda of choice. Monday & Tuesday I had 12oz each day and I had 1/2 & 1/2 sweet/unsweet tea Tuesday night. Wednesday I did not have any. Thursday I had a 16.9oz coke, and I have to say it wasn't very appealing to me. I'm trying to go without today. I have had up and down headaches since Monday, but they will get better.
