I lost a half a pound!

I LOST ANOTHER HALF A POUND-----I am so excited!
So---1.5 lbs to go by months end----kinda a lot to ask---
The scales told me this morning, "Way to go girl"----and they were smiling---
Well--not really----but---I felt they would smile if thy could!

I am away ASAP----to No Frills --the car is warming up in the driveway--
We need bananas and a few more grapes---
Lots to do when I get home--- treadmill--walk Tess --vacuum---
So, I hope that you all have a good day---
I hear there is a snow storm in Southern Ontario--Somehow we managed to avoid it--
