Jan 26- Doing like Paul Harvey

Now the rest of the story.....
As I strolled across the kitchen. The floor grate reached up grabbed the toe of my slipper and threw me against the freezer. I then slid down the freezer to the floor to check and see if my head would bounce...it did...sigh. I have a doozie of a black eye and my right shoulder and upper arm are one huge bruise , and very tender..surprise huh! But nothing broken and other than a small skin tear on a finger no open wounds..count me lucky!!
Today the blizzard blew in..of course it was the day to meet my new cardiologist. Sigh..gotta love it! I am so grateful to Zack ,,he drove me in and patiently waited for me while I took care of business ,not only at the doc but also at the grocery store.
We got good snow ..I am thankful for that. We sure needed it.
Now arm is throbbing so gonna call it good for today..
Ya'al have a good night and watch out for those vicious furnace grates..they are out to get ya!!
