Adaptability:Good Intentions Thwarted

Life really seems to get in the way of our efforts sometimes doesn't it?

Woke up with all good intentions this morning. Going to get back on track! Long walk, water before coffee, workout apparel on under clothes...oh, what? Someone has broken a window in our car! Stole DH's drills and there is glass everywhere! Morning fills up with calls to neighbors, family, insurance, police. Plus it is only 17 degrees so covering the gaping hole is also important. U-G-H!!!!

Can't bounce around the living room whilst ones hubby is out shop vacuuming the driveway!

Tomorrow is another day. And another chance to follow through on good intentions right?! If it doesn't happen today, that is okay.
