Goals for February

I have five fitness goals for the month of February. My first goal for February is to exercise for at least 10 minutes a day, for at least 25 days of the month.
My second goal for February is to do cardio at least 5 days a week.
My third goal is to do strength training at least 3 days a week.
My fourth goal is to do yoga at least 3 days a week.
My last goal is to get at least 1000 fitness minutes for the month.
Based on last month's results (which I blogged about a couple of days ago), these five goals should all be attainable.
