BLC45 - WEEK 5 ~ Blog/Reflect on What I'm Doing Right

This blog is to Reflect on What I'm Doing Right during BLC45.
drinking 6+ glasses of water per day
eating 3-5 servings of freggies per day
checking in with my teammates (MINIONS) at least 3x per week
Still need to get a handle on:
ST - can't do hand exercises as i had surgery in November and in PT to get mobility back; but I could be doing lower body and core work that don't involve hands or arms
Snack foods - still an ongoing battle ~ ~ Salty and Sweet are my downfalls
My Weight - has been climbing since i have had the surgery and been off work because of it. Not getting nearly the amount of movement that i was while working.
Moods - haven't felt like doing much of anything - - combo of being off work, being one-handed, which makes dressing, eating, preparing foods, just about everything off-kilter.
So, I'm doing some things right but need to be doing so much more to right this off-kilter existence and get back on track.
Good news: i'm still here and plugging away.....
