Looking Forward And Not Backwards

2020 brought an additional 15 pounds. I am not going to dwell on that, but look forward to a better and healthier 2021.
I started intermittent fasting. I use 14:10 (14 hours fasting and 10 hours not fasting). I have been able to do it 6 out of 7 days each week.
I started having one glass of water with a slice of lemon each morning before I have anything else.
I really need to work on what I eat in that 10 hours of not fasting. Going to start limiting my carbs (net carbs - carbs minus fiber) to 100 grams. Adding more vegs and drinking green tea and water only during the day.
I am looking to loose 5 lbs a month. My long term goal is to get from 175 down to 140 or 135.
