A Rainy day!

We have a dryer issue---
I have "Joe" down by this dryer--with the whole machine in huge pieces--
He first felt he could f
ix it--- now he feels it is a "board issue"-- and I guess that means , if it is a "board issue"-- the dryer is "Toast"-
I told him the dryer is about 6 yrs old--He says it is about 10 yrs old--

Do yu know what a new dryer costs?-- Here in Canada--- a little over $1200 ----
They used to be about $300---
The only good news is, that a store here in town has 3 dryers---
I have already told them to keep me one--
I really want to cry---- Here I was trying to save my $$$$$ ---for a rainy day---
I guess this is a rainy day---

"Joe" seems like a good guy--justa young man---
I better go down and see how he is doing---

--PS----- It is 1-30pm and----- I called the store again and they have a dryer for $600-- so--I bought that one--to be delivered to-morrow---
Now I need a nap---- Lord love a Duck! Whatta day!
