Beginner yoga & rollerskates

Proud of myself. Yesterday before I went to bed I did some yoga and used an exercise band and some dumbbells. Trying to find some yoga videos for like an absolute newbie who's out of shape lol I just searched on YouTube for beginner yoga but some of them kind of went like really fast and some of the stuff I couldn't really do. I might just do some normal stretches and some yoga that I already know and just kind of work my way up. I'm still going to be doing some strength stuff with the exercise band and the dumbbells. And I'm going to start walking starting on Monday. It's so really really cold here but I'll just bundle up and grit my teeth and deal with it lol But the big news is that on Monday my brand new roller skates will have arrived! never really roller skated before except for maybe when I was like a little little kid and had like some cheap plastic skates that I probably just fell a million times on lol These are very nice skates and I'm super excited to learn to roller skate! I watched like non-stop YouTube, Instagram, TikTok videos on roller skating I'm pretty much obsessed. I don't half-ass a new hobby I go all in lol I have big dreams of becoming a roller skating goddess lol but I'm very much out of shape and I have no coordination and I follow just walking so it's going to be a learning curve and I don't want to hype myself up too much and not expect some hard dose of reality. But I think roller skating is probably good exercise too and so that will help. Diet wise I'm still binging and I'm having a lot of trouble. I'm trying It's a struggle.
