Oh look day 1 once again....

So here I am once again trying to stand up and do this weight loss journey for real.
I decided to write a blog to help myself to remember things and to push myself into goals.
1. Weigh in daily. I know weight fluctuates. But it helps me stay focused.
2. Blog daily, keep track of calories and exercise daily.
3. Work up to 10k steps a day. - walk more at work, walk the dogs daily, + roller skating.
4. No binges!
5. Practice yoga, meditation, strength workout
6. Weight goals:
200lbs by April 25th (hopefully sooner though)
180lbs by July 1st
150lbs Nov 1st
I can do this!
