Something I've realized

This Sparkpeople thing really does work! I have been trying for the longest time to get my eating under control and I think this is the tool I've been needing for my wake up call. I must say that repetion is key. Once you are doing something so many days in a row, it becomes your lifestyle. I have lost 10 lbs in about 2 months?! I haven't even really tried,I've just been doing what I've been doing since April when I signed up to this site...it's finally starting to come off now. I am so glad I didn't give up when the weight wasn't coming off because now it is finally working. My only advice here is, DO NOT GIVE UP! The weight eventually does come off as long as you are exercising and eating right, I used to say " easier said than done" but now it really is quite easy to do since it is my way of life. Very cool and very excited. Good luck to everyone else out there!
