Week 20 - Good Mood!

Wow...week 20 already. I think I should stop counting weeks now. No, I'll go to Week 24, which is about 6 months. 6 months gone by with not much results. Shame, shame. Oh well, WHATEVER!
I'm in a great mood right now! Not just because I lost 1.4 lbs in the past week *brushing my shoulders off* but I'm really starting to feel lifestyle changes happen. Even though my bootcamp instructor would tell you I still have a long way to go with my eating, I have made so many changes! I only half snack (or less) like a crazy woman after work in front of the tv now. I've been making a conscious effort to get in at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables...that is HUGE for me, and working out at least 5 days a week comes more naturally. :-D I feel so good about all of that! So good in fact, that I sometimes stare at myself in the mirror and can actually see a difference. ;-)
