A good start - lost 4 lbs

So it has been a week since I started and it has been good so far...I have been able to do cardio for 50 minutes (while watching Oprah) and strength training 3 days a week...although I have indulged myself a few times with treats, I have not gone over my calorie intake for each day...it really helps to jot it down on this site...I am excited for another week!
