weigh in day

Today is weigh in day. I'm happy to say I lost 2 more pound.
It's also a new month and time to mix it up again. I going to add a bit more lean protien to my snacks. I also cut back on my workouts. I could not keep up with 2 hours a day and I really did not loose any more weight in fact maybe less. I lost 4 pounds for the month of Sept. It's all a learning experience. I'm trying new things and do different things to keep my body guessing.
I am very proud of my progress. I have lost 119 pound.s
I'm hoping to be under 200lbs by the new year. so 18 more pounds in the next 13 weeks. Oh please give me the strength and motivation to do this. I get so much support from my saprkpeople friends. I thank you all from the bottom of my soul. I could never have done this with out you.

Please keep my Dad in your prayers, he has been in the hospital since last Saturday, the test don't reveal anything but he is dizzy, so dizzy he can not walk. He will be 83 on wed. This is is first time to the hospital. before this he walked did laps and worked out 3-5 days a week. Has weighted the same 175 lbs since he left the navy way back.
