FACING THE FACT..

I have come to the realization today that I am at a plateau. I denied it for a couple weeks because I was lighter in June at 154. But I have been hanging around 160 for about 4 weeks now.

I looked up plateau in the message boards but no one is actively involved with each other.

I suppose i need to change my fitness plans but I am pretty limited on what I can do here. I am sure when I go sailing it will drop again but that isn't for months.

I desperately need some advice.

    Just a very small tweak to either fitness or diet can be enough to bust the plateau. A few extra steps - a couple of shimmies - a tiny calorie change.
