Finally - a loss!

Just a half a pound, but my weight had stayed in the same place for so long, I was beginning to think the scales were broken! Oh, I admit, I had strayed off my approved foods list, and no, I was exercising the way I knew I needed to, but still - I wasn't being THAT bad! lol - Well, ok, I've just been fortunate that I wasn't gaining weight back. Back on track now - AGAIN! and i look forward to that lost 1/2 pound being joined by many more. :)
