Internet is finally back

I've been pretty much without internet for days. It's been very miserable as it is the only thing I have for ordering supplies, tagging health, interacting with people, etc.

I am getting very discouraged with my weight but I'll not give up. It's just hard to focus on it when I have so many other things. I just need to take the time to increase my aerobic activity.

    On this journey every little bit counts! Take the long way to the kitchen, walk around the neighborhood. Go up and down the stairs an extra time. There are all kinds of ways to sneak little bits of activity into your day. Sometimes life gets in the way of our focus. The key is to figure out how to balance life with what we know we need to do. Eventually, it will become second nature but in the meantime we all struggle. Don't be discouraged. Look for the positive improvements you have seen. Focus on the goals and not the failures. This journey is largely mental, and positive thoughts are the fuel. Keep working at it and the results will follow.

    Keep finding ways to sneak some added activity into those daily things that you do. If nothing else - shimmy in the shower. LOL
