trying to stick with it

Its been a long month for me. I have lost a few pounds and that worries me. I have stuck to my plan, eating at the low end of my food range most days. Doing cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 days. I've lost 121 poundsso far. The weight seems to be coming off slower and slower. I have gotten a lot of support from family and my friends here on sparkpeople.
I bought some new clothes, most of my clothes are too big. I may not have lost a lot of weight but I have lost inches and thats a good thing.
I'm trying to be positive, I have to remind myself everyday how well I have done. But I can't stop thinking how much more I still need to do.
I have resolved to myself I will struggle with this for the rest of my life, so I need find things I can live with, and that makes me happy .
I'm feeling healthier and stronger month by month.
I'm grateful for sparkpeople and all the great support I get.

Its almost Nov. and time to see what new things I'll add to my program to keep me plugged into healthy living.

    I have missed seeing you on the boards. I am so glad to know you are still moving forward. You have done so great and have greatly motivated me!! We just got back in from trick or treating and yes I have eaten some candy. I was going to try really hard not to but I did give into the chocolate craving. However, I actually feel sick now. It is a good feeling though because now I get sick quicker than normal when I eat to much sugar so I only went over in calories by about 300. I can handle this!! Take Care and let me know how you are doing. Jenny is taking over for Amanda with the challenges. If you are up to it, we would love to have you join us.

    Kitt, You are doing it! you have lost 121 pounds. That is not shabby. sometimes we lose slower, and sometimes faster. Of course, we all want the latter. Congrats on getting new clothes! losing inches is as important as losing weight. Don't second guess yourself here. ((((hugs))))~melissa

    I think you are doing awesome! Especially with the holidays upon us. I seem to do worse in the Fall. I have a bad habit of upping my eating and exercising less.
