trying to stick with it

Its been a long month for me. I have lost a few pounds and that worries me. I have stuck to my plan, eating at the low end of my food range most days. Doing cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 days. I've lost 121 poundsso far. The weight seems to be coming off slower and slower. I have gotten a lot of support from family and my friends here on sparkpeople.
I bought some new clothes, most of my clothes are too big. I may not have lost a lot of weight but I have lost inches and thats a good thing.
I'm trying to be positive, I have to remind myself everyday how well I have done. But I can't stop thinking how much more I still need to do.
I have resolved to myself I will struggle with this for the rest of my life, so I need find things I can live with, and that makes me happy .
I'm feeling healthier and stronger month by month.
I'm grateful for sparkpeople and all the great support I get.
Its almost Nov. and time to see what new things I'll add to my program to keep me plugged into healthy living.
