It's cardio time!

I have been trying to motivate myself to try some of the cardio classes offered at my gym. I'm not one to just go to a class with a bunch of strangers, especially if I don't know what I'm doing though. I have been wanting to try a spin class for a long time now and I've finally talked my future sister-in-law, who is also trying to get into shape for her wedding next November, to take the class with me. We are going to try it this week and have set a goal of going twice this week, and twice next week before we decide if we like it or not. I'm determined to stick with it! I've got to drop these last 8 pounds =)
