Its Monday and a wonderful day. It was a beautiful sunrise.
I got a step board, with dvd. I'm going to add this to my cardio workouts. I did 15 minutes yesterday, wow I need to build with this just like with other forms of exercise. It was real fun but I'm not very coordinated.
My plan is to start slow and work my way up.
I'm going to get a routine going that I can do sevearl times a day, maybe to do durning commercials. I will continue with my walk away the pounds dvd too. but mix it up. I'm out looking for a execise bike too.
So this week is 15 minute 3 times a week.
then 3 sessions durning the day for 5 minutes so I can learn the moves in the dvd.
