THE CLUB,DINER, RICE, and CINNABON BITES!!!! Horrible Weekend

This weekend was very bad, but good for me. I ate foods that I have not eaten in weeks. On saturday I ate rice for dinner. I know you are thinking ok, whats wrong with that? Well it was shrimp fried rice from a chinese food store. I know, I suck. But then I told myself that would be the only thing I would eat . DID NOT HAPPEN. A few of my friends and I went to the club so I'm thinking ok I will dance aaaaalllllllll the calories off from the rice. Well that DID HAPPEN. I danced my butt off. But then we were all hungry and we went to a diner in the city (thats manhattan for all the non- new yorkers) and I had a tex mex omelette with avacado, cheese, and jalapeno peppers. It came with hash browns and toast, but I gave a greedy friend the hash browns and I ate the toast. Did I mention it was WHEAT toast. And I had a diet milkshake. FAT SLOB. Thats all I kept thinking after that. It took maybe an hour or so to get home, so at least I did not go immediately to sleep. When I FINALLY got home it was 7 in the morn so I just thought of the diner meal as breakfast. When I awoke at 10 am I was gonna just go to the gym, BUT that DID NOT HAPPEN and I ended up redecorating my home. To end this very bad weekend I had a philly chicken sandwich AND cinnabon bites from Cinnabon. AND after this whole sucky experience I ended up LOSING 2 pounds. I took my weight over 7 times at different locations around the house and I could not believe it.
Can anyone explain this crazy phenomenon?
