My favorite healthy foods

If the following foods were readily available to me or prepared for me, I could eat them all time. Or least enough to fill me up instead of junk food:

brussel spouts
cabbage w/bell peppers and green onions
whole wheat bread
practically all fruit
unsalted almonds - although I should only eat about 12 at a time

I'm going to focus on those foods this month. Nothing like filling up on veggies and fish and snacking on fruit and nuts! :-)

    This is a great list, I like everything on it...I need to make a list and keep it with me when I shop so I make sure I have stuff like this in my house all the time and can't afford anymore cheetos :-) My latest discovery is Wasa crackers with Kaukuna light cheese spread and some mild jalepeno slices. Yum.
