Back at it again. Pilates anyone?

Okay. I am writing this looking and thinking " can this weight loss take any longer?". For the past five days my motavation has gone down and I need to seriously get it back. I am still losing weight but it is a slow process. I need to revamp it. Last night I attended a pilates class, and during the class I thought I would die. Bones were cracking and popping that I never knew I had. After the class I felt really good. I am trying to intertwine more flexibility training in my workouts. I am going to a yoga class this saturday so we will see how that plays out. Also I wanted to if anyone knows does pilates actually work for your core section and what are good strength training workouts?
