Plan for Dec. 23-29

I lost another pound last week and am going to try my hardest to make that happen again this week to be at my goal before the end of the year. It will be tough to get all my workouts in this week with family obligations, but I'll do my best. I will have to start doing my long runs again next week when I have more time.

Sun-Biceps, Triceps & Abs + 4 mile run (Done)

Mon- 5 mile run

Tues-off for Christmas

Wed-Shoulders, Traps & Abs + 4 mile run

Thurs-Chest& Back + 4 mile run

FRI-Legs, Calves & Abs + 4 mile run

SAT-5 mile run
