Jan 2nd ~ Day 2

i maxed out on my weight after Christmas, and i'm tried of hearing myself COMPLAIN about it, so it's time to get back on the wagon. so far, so good. i'm re-discovering Spark, created a new Challenge for myself (and anyone else who wants to join) and i'm on my second day of exercise and 8 cups of water/day. might not sound like much, but it's HUGE compared to how lax i have been. i'm through with letting depression overtake the goals i have for myself. i can't be any good to my children or my husband if i don't take care of myself first, and (DUH) -- i am the one thing in my life i CAN control!!! as for the rest, i need to let go and let God. here's to a healthier 2008.

    Amen sister! I was doing so good maintain until this last week! I put on four pounds in one week! Ugh! Anyway, I'll join you in the challenge of exercising and drinking water! Let's keep it up...I'm so sick of being lazy on this!
