Trundling along

So far, so good! I'm entering my food, drinking alot of water, and taking the subsequent bathroom trips! Also have been exercising. I am currently watching the Star Trek: Enterprise series while I walk on the treadmill-40 minutes per time. I am on Season 3. I have watched seasons 1 and 2 since September, which shows that I am a little spotty about exercise sometimes. My goal is to be through with Season 3 by Valentine's Day. There are 26 episodes, and I work out M-F, so that 'should' be no problem.

I am disappointed that I have not dropped about 10 pounds, because I feel that is how hard I have been working at this since the beginning of the year. However, I do have to remember that the weight I have lost (4 pounds) is really really good, and that my PCOS is going to make it a little harder to show weight loss. But still.........

I am excited about the spark teams, finding all these people that are interested in the same things I am!! I live in a small town (1800 people) and it can be a challenge to meet new people.

    You are doing all the right things, the slower it comes off the more likely it will be you will keep it off. I keep telling myself the same thing.
