Here I go again

So I have started working hard and tracking my foods. I plan making it work this time. I have a new plan. Since my son now eats all the same foods as me its easier to make a nice healthy meal. Before he was still eating baby foods so I would make my self something quick (and usually unhealty) since it was just me eating. But this time I have gotten more organized. I make sure I have a meal plan at the start of the day. I have started using Jessica Seinfields new book to help me make sure not only I get all my veggies in but so does my son. And her recipes are pretty good and yummy. So with the help of my husband and the support of my SIL and her husband I am hoping to not only make it work this time, but to achieve my biggest goal. Get healthier for my son.
