Starting over...

So...I didn't really sick to this before & now I'm up to 222! But...I really really mean it this time!! I'm so unhappy with the way I look that it makes me cry. I'm sick of it now. I'm over weight & out of shape & I cant take it anymore.

I really hope that I can stick to it this time! I'm going on day number 4 now & since Saturday the 5th, I lost 3 lbs! I was 225 & now this morning I'm at 222! Yay!! I forgot how good it can feel to step on the scale & see results...

I'm getting so much suport from my boyfirend & his mother. His mom is doing Weight Watchers & is doing great on it. So, she knows what I'm going through right now.

This is what I'm doing right now:

For breakfast: Either a Slim Fast Optima Chocolate Shake (with 8oz fat free milk) or a sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast chocolate shake (with 8oz fat free milk)

Lunch: Either a Slim Fast Optima Chocolate Shake (with 8oz fat free milk) or a Slim Fast meal bar

Snack: 10 Saltines

Dinner: Depends on the night...mostly Chicken & some kind of veggie (last night was Subway)...but its a good dinner thats good for me!

& lots & lots of water through out the day...Maybe a tea or an iced tea too (with Splenda!).

So far...its working for me & I'm not starving all the time & eating mounds of food....So...Yay! for me!!

    That sounds like a great meal plan you have set up! If you like tea, the Diet Lipton Green Tea with Mixed Berries is really good and for the veggies, Birds Eye has these frozen veggie singles that are pretty tasty - in fact I had both of these today. :) I like the super sweet corn. Hope this helps! - Allie
