Don't know what to do

I am tracking my foods but my calories are always low. Like I don't even hit the min for the day. I eat 3 meals a day and a snack but I have 2 babies at home. All my eating is on the fly. I eat while feeding them but I make sure that they are always a real meal. I know I need to add more protein to me diet too. That has been low. But I don't like red meat really and chicken gets boring. So I don't know what to do. I guess I will have to keep working on it

    Hi, my name is Mahala and I just happen to come upon your blog and it made me stop.

    I have been on spark for a while and I have learned a few things. I know you are trying to get healthy for your kids. Awesome job. One thing that struck out to me is your calories, you haven't been making your calories and that is the reason why you are not losing weight your body is holding on to everything that you are taking in. Even if you have to drink milk to get there get to your minimum. Adding protein will come first start adding your calories.
