Emotional Workout

I have now been on a diet and working out for over a week. Ive lost almost 4 lbs! And my skin! It's literally glowing it seems, I swear cutting out soda has done wonders for me. My mother bought this 2 mile brisk walk workout video for me. I've been doing it everyday, at 1st 5 mins here, 1/2 mile the next day, but eventually I completed the video from start to finish on Sunday. But, during that time I would STILL stop during it for a few secs to a min to catch my breath, take a break so to speak. I havent been able to complete the video from start to finish with no breaks until today. I was so happy with myself, it was amazing to see that 2 mile marker at the end and know that I DID IT ALL! So what did I do when i finished and realized that I didn't take a break? I cried of course, lol. This whole process of starting a new way of living is very hard, and very emotional for me. I just keep reading stories on here, keep looking at my engagement ring, and keep thinking about how wonderful it will be to be able to keep up with my 3 yr old.
