Not giving up

Well, weighed this morning and....no weight loss. I'm not really that discouraged, of course if this becomes a weekly thing then I might be. I'm definitely feeling better. I still need to get in more exercising during the day and more water.

    I know exactly how ya feel...don't let the scale get ya down though...just continue exercising and keeping an eye on what you are putting in your mouth. I promise you will notice the changes-even if they don't show on the scale! You'll feel better and you'll tone up!
