Well I am finally getting back into it after quite a few months. Luckily what I learned when I started spark has stuck with me. I haven't gained a whole lot of my weight back. I plan on getting right back on track. I fell really confident but I am planning on taking baby steps and also I don't want to be hard on myself when I do have a slip-up. I really want to stay positive. I did really well last time so I know I can do this again and hopefully reach my goal this time.
