Well, I have had my A-ha moment (with apologies to Oprah)!!
I have been working on dieting and exercising, and had lost 6.5 pounds. Then I hit what seemed like a plateau....no weight loss for several days, although I have been exercising and eating right. In actuality, I am pretty sure I hit COMPLACENCY, not a plateau. After carefully logging everything that I ate for a couple days, and continuing the exercise program I lost 1.5 pounds! I think I was actually taking an extra bite here and there and not paying enough attention to those sneaky extra bites.
This is a new experience for me! I am savoring the good choices I made, and looking forward to more good choices!! Yay Me!!
