I wrote a very lengthy blog that ended up being to personal to publish. But it was very thought provoking and helped me reidentify what I need to do to make me healthier, mentally and physically.

There is a reason I started the team, Never Give Up and Never Surrender. Because I will NEVER give up. And I will NEVER surrender. No matter how painful and discouraging that I MAKE IT to myself. Because I KNOW there is a light at the end of each of my many tunnels and I KNOW that with determination, I WILL succeed. I tend to stray away when I get discouraged at the small end of things but with enough self talk and the tons of motivation/support that team gives me, I keep my journey in sight and remember to keep walking forward after my stumbles.

Sometimes it is wonderful to just put your thoughts into words. The important part is that you have done it for yourself, not that the rest of us get to hear them. :) As you continue to struggle, you know that we are here to support and encourage you! Your path is certainly not easy, but you have your feet planted firmly on it. Keep up the great work!

Funny- I blogged about a static scale, and had lost 3 pounds the next time I stepped on it....
Of course, that was after 3 weeks of it NOT budging!
    Oh, well.
It's a lifestyle, not a magic bullet!!! We can do this- heck, we ARE doing this! Keep getting up one more time than you fall, and you'll get there!
