Alright, so my semester at sea has begun!
Thus, I wont be updating as often, if at all. Internet is really expensive, and I'd rather be travelling anyway =)
Will do what I can, when I can, but you get it!
I have a calorie counter book and a diet journal and a scale with me, so hopefully it will help! It's also pretty warm almost everywhere we go, so my appetite *should* be in check. Also, there is a lot of bathing suit time, sun bathing on the deck, swimming, kayaking and the like, so hopefully it will keep me motivated!
I've been stuck at 155 for quite awhile, but as long as I don't gain, I think I will be happy. There is a LOT of physical activity in each port, but also a lot of sleep deprivation. I hope to find a balance soon. The food is AMAZING!
Good luck to you all, and I hope to be able to check back in soon!

PS - I saw your stonehenge picture. Don't let worrying about how you look prevent you from being in any pictures and smiling your face off!!!

Yay! I was F03! You're going to have the best experience. I would love to get to do it all again!

As far as the food goes and counting calories and whatnot... try not to get so wrapped up in it that you're "that girl." Just try to be reasonable, keep track of how your clothes are fitting, and bump up the activity - tons of people will start doing exercise classes and stuff. Alcohol is another great place to skimp so that you can fully indulge in the authentic food. If you do drink, try to go for wine and limit the fruity drinks.

Best wishes for an incredible (safe but not too safe!) adventure.
