More on Weighing

Today I had a routine doctor appointment and we spent a long time talking about weight loss. My doctor laid down the law about weighing myself--only every 3rd day at the most and once a week ideally.
Here's the weird thing....I totally agree with him that I am going to make myself crazy, but I don't want to stop weighing every day (and truthfully, every night too!!). I guess I have already made myself crazy over this :).
And, he doesn't really want to see much more than a 1 pound a week weight loss.
I am very lucky that this time in my weight loss struggle I have such great support from SparkPeople and my doctor.
I KNOW THIS TIME I AM GOING TO SUCCEED!!!
