Down 16 Pounds Back to original Spark weight

Been really working my program. walking 4-5 times a week. 30-60 minutes. Added strength training!! have been staying with in calorie range. Getting more fruits and veggies in my diet. Making sure I have fiber and protein! Overall, I feel great! I have made some wonderful spark friends!! Weighed in today down to original start weight. My cloths are fitting so much better. I feel so much better! My Boyfriend actually said, " your face looks thinner". Woo Hoo!! yea it is nice that he notices, but this is for me and how I feel about me!! I will get there!
