Still struggling with time to log on

I've not had any time to be able to log on daily as I was. When I do, the internet tends to not work. But I am not giving up Spark. I just need to get used to my new schedule. Which is hectic and time consuming. Don't feel like I am accomplishing much right now. Except running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I am actually hoping to work on jewelry today. I haven't worked on jewelry in awhile... Maybe I can focus more on my eating today, too.

    I was wondering the same thing Cathy mentioned.......Do you feel like you're healthier since you've been doing Spark? I hope so. I think it is all a balance. I think that we need to not stress ourselves when we are having difficulty and just realize that we're o.k. the way we are. Yes, we want to make some healthy changes in our lives, but we are wonderful people just the way we are. Right now you are in the midst of some life adjustments that are taking some time to organize around you life. Take it easy, give yourself some love, and know that you'll get back on track to wherever it is you want to be, soon. I know you will. I, too, think it is wonderful you are getting a chance to work on your jewelry. Would you teach me? (-: You are so good at it.

    Yay for working on your jewelry! Doing something you are passionate about is absolutely as important as all the things you have done for your physical health.

    You are an artist and fulfilling that part of yourself is sooooo important!

    I can relate to the chicken situation. Take a deep in and out. Close your eye and do it again. If could have aen and pencil to jot things down that way you at least would have written down. You could post it later. Just a sugesstion. I am sure that you are making progresss. sometimes we can't see what others see. best wishes on your journey.
