Took a nature work this morning,saw three little deer,squirrels out playing,birds out chirping.Got home a did some rowing for 45 mins. Loved it,will be doing more often.walked for a total of 135mins,exercised a total of105 mins.Great Day!... Read more

Cut back to 1500-1800 calories a day. Today's calorie Intake was 1571.I cut back because I went from 450 mins.exercise to 285 mins I thought I needed to level things out so I didn't get overwhelmed. I still lose 2 pounds this week.... Read more
