Had a nice quiet weekend.
Made it to church and had a friend over for a couple hours.

I saw my GP doctor today.
He was happy with my blood work and

15 min (up from 10) on treadmill
40 ball crunches (up from 20)
40 lying hamstring curls (up from 20)

It's been a good weekend, no problems,
even turned down lunch cause I couldn't
calculate the calories. I ate before I left so

I have had a great first week!
Met several goals this week, including:
Exercised 5 days
Drank water every day, made 60 oz one day
Lost 1+ pound
Stayed within calorie goal all but 1 day
Got up everyday by 9am

It is my day 5. I registered a 1.6 lb. loss yesterday
and repeated it today, which is my "official" weigh-in

Exercised, and it went a little better
with less knee pain.
Down 1.6 pounds, so am making a little progress.
My goal is 1 pound a week, so it is gravy!
