When we rely on ourselves to make the right decisions without a plan, it can be much harder to stick to our good intentions. Today, spend some time planning out all of your meals and snacks for the day to make sure you're not forced to reach for something sugary as a last resort. Pack your lunch, or, if you're going out to eat, identify a menu item that doesn't include added sugar in it ahead of time so you know exactly what to order. And don't forget to always have healthy snacks on hand!
