Climb Every Mountain

Have you been walking on a mostly flat surface? Time to up the ante! You will walk for 35 minutes again today, but with a twist! Find a route with a few challenging hills to climb. If you're walking on a treadmill, dial up the incline to a point where it would be difficult for you to carry on a conversation. Aim to do one minute of uphill walking, followed by two minutes of a slower pace and/or flatter incline for at least 15 of your 35 minutes. You've got this!
