    Follow up at the doctor.. the NA suggested that maybe diabetes was the cause for the sudden blood pressure and suggested the doctor order a A1c.     I learned that meal prep helps me to hold myself accountable to portion control. I made several things and I can pick and choose between them so I don’t have to eat the same thing for four days.
