Daily, in the morning, and I track it, along with the body fat % my scale gives me.
I used to do weekly, when I switched to daily after reading an article about the benefits of daily weigh-ins, realized weekly weigh ins had hurt my progress (by affecting my motivation) in the past few years. Daily has been a huge help!!
